Forbidden Technologies chairman and finance director both bought shares in the company yesterday, increasing their overall investment and enjoying the same 16p share price for both deals. Datatec director Jens Montanana also further increased his holding by buying over 200,000 shares. However, Nicholas Berry sold more than half of his shares in mining company Cluff Gold netting himself nearly £500,000 in the process of the deal.

Having been repaid the £78,500 he was owed by Forbidden Technologies, chairman Vic Steel reinvested most of this money yesterday buying 450,000 shares at 16p, totalling £72,000. Finance Director Phil Madden also got in on the act buying 75,000 shares at the same 16p price tag. This deal was worth £12,000 and increases his holding in the company to 150,875 shares.

CEO of Datatec, Jens P Montanana increased his total investment in the company by buying 206,691 shares at 321.00p. This increases his shareholding to 13,152,626. At today’s share price of 320.25p the value of his stock stands at more than £42m.

Deputy Chairman Nick Berry sold more than half of his shares in the gold mining company Cluff Gold. The deal for 592,665 shares was concluded at a price of 76.00p per share or a total of £450,425.39. Berry is left with 422,040 shares which at today’s share value of 81.00p which represents a 2% rise for the morning, means his stockholding is worth £340,000.
