UKCityMedia reserve the right to remove without warning, any messages or considered to be, without limitation ; information which is obscene, threatening, defamatory, untrue or in breach of any applicable laws, rules, regulations or market conventions,
any information which is in breach of any person's rights (including copyright and confidentiality),
any information which contains a virus or is otherwise harmful,
any information which constitutes unauthorised investment advertising or unauthorised investment business, or any information which is in breach of Part V of the Criminal Justice Act 1993.

UKCityMedia reserve the right to assist any relevant regulatory, legal or government authority in preventing or investigating any illegal action and shall be at liberty to reveal the identity of any Contributor who in our sole and reasonable opinion has breached these terms and conditions.

Contributors should be familiar with the provisions of Part V of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (and any future legislation) regarding insider dealing and that they do not post any material in breach of such provisions. UKCityMedia accepts no liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or in any other way, for the content or accuracy of any material posted by contributors.

Privacy

UKCityMedia only collects minimal personal information on Shareclub applicants. The E mail address is collected to allow administration of the member details. Sending confirmation of details. Allowing a way to resend password to that address. Sending information pertaining to the club or site or related interest issues.
We strive to protect your data from unauthorized access. All security measures at the site are derived from the idea that the person who creates a form and solicits data for that form is the ultimate owner of the data.
We do not give out any data collected from applicants without permission. We will not give out applicants name or any identifying information about specific users to any third party. Nor will we use any email address you provide for any third-party solicitations without your permission. Subject to court order, we will release any information as required by law.
The systems containing the UKCityMedia data are normally password protected although occassionally these are removed during maintenance or for similar reasons. The data within the database is not encrypted however. If our server is in some way compromised, the data may be revealed. Such an event is extremely unlikely.
The member is responsible for the upkeep and use of members username and password incl postings by the member or someone else using the members username and password. The member is responsible for protecting and securing the username and password from unauthorised use however if you believe there has been a breach of security or mimic of your username you should notify UKCityMedia admin immediately.

UKCityMedia is not regulated to carry out any tipping of shares. There is no tipping or recommendation of shares or opportunities on this site. UKCityMedia is not a qualified technical research specialist. All research subjects are selected using proprietary software such as Metastock, Ionic Sharescope, Winstock etc. Any research subjects are proposed only by the criteria of a change in direction of the 120 day moving average of a share. Documentation to support lists points out that there is no indication that this may make a share profitable or a liability. Documentation also points out that the recipient alone is responsible for concluding the financial health of any research companies in fact it by nature of the technical analysis carried in producing researching subjects that some of the companies/shares/research subjects could be about to go into receivership/fail/lose money/be extremely poor prospects. Users are reminded of the need to check a company health and read all available news/press releases and generally carry out his own detailed research into the prospect of any company listed by virtue of a max and min turning point in the shares corresponding 120 day moving average.
